Tess Ferrandez Tess Ferrandez is an escalation engineer in the ASP.NET team at Microsoft. She started debugging .NET issues when .NET was in the alpha stage and has been troubleshooting ASP.NET and other .NET issues ever since for Microsoft's external customers as well as internal product teams. She is also the author of the .net debugging blog "If broken it is, fix it you should"
